Drew Dickenson

Drew is the founder of Ironwood Ventures LLC, created to acquire and operate a single established business in the Southeast. He is passionate about working with business owners to preserve their legacy and lead their companies into the next chapter of growth.

Before founding Ironwood Ventures, Drew worked as an engineer and management consultant, leading strategy and operations initiatives across multiple industries. His experience combines technical expertise with business acumen, giving him a unique perspective on how to strengthen and grow small businesses.

Drew holds an MBA and a Professional Engineer license, and has spent his career helping organizations improve efficiency, implement strategic initiatives, and build strong operational foundations.

He lives in Georgia with his family and enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his young son.
